Age Group Change for 2009: A New 13U Division!
Lenape Valley Softball will modify it's age group organization in 2009 and replace the 12U Panther division with a 13U Panther division. This means that players born in 1995 can opt to play in this newly-revamped, in-house 13U division or move up to the more competitive 14U VIGS team that plays in intercommunity games with local organizations. We feel that this restructuring of our in-house divisions will give more girls the opportunity to play in our instructional program as many of these girls are often not ready for the more competitive VIGS league play. The bottom line: we want to gives as many girls the opportunity to play softball and we feel that this change will do just that. If you have any questions, contact John Walsh at lvsoftball@verizon.net.
