Discussions during the Meeting:

Dugouts supplies are there, drawings were not approved, currently have sponsors

• Materials are in the batting cage, batting cage can’t be used until they are moved
• @Travis will resume procuring drawings & architectural quote & professional quote
• Need to take a step back secure proper documentation before we can proceed forward in building
• @Stephanie need to source a plaque made to specs, once drawings approved

Volunteers Needed In Season:

• Check the 4 Gang boxes at the fields (QR code?) – (1 Person per week)
• Return the catchers equipment
• Chalk the Field for Home Games
• Equipment
• Handing out & Collecting Equipment (2 days)
• Handing out Uniforms (2 days)
• Team Parents in Pictures & Postings
• Engage the Parents of Younger players for succession planning & increased involvement
